LAREDO – The WBCA Jalapeño Festival, presented by La Costeña, is turning up the heat once again with a sizzling two-night music extravaganza now held at Uni-Trade Stadium, 6320 Sinatra Pkwy. Set to take place on Friday, February 21, and Saturday, February 22, 2025, this year’s event promises an unforgettable weekend filled with music, flavor, and excitement for all.
The 47th edition of Jalapeño Festival Sponsored by La Costeña will open up the Friday night line-up with sizzling up-and-comer DeParranda followed by the legendary Duelo headlining Friday night. Turning up the heat on Saturday will be none other than the much-anticipated Texas Country Music Randy Rogers Band, followed by two-time Grammy Award winning Intocable, returning to the Jalapeño Festival after a decade long absence to headline the event. Also taking the stage on Friday and Saturday night is La Autentica Sonora de Laredo, South Texas legends, the Palacios Brothers and more!
“This year has been a year of changes, but changes can be a good thing,” said WBCA president Fernando Montemayor. “We are very excited about our partnership with Uni-Trade Stadium which will serve as the new location for our beloved Jalapeño Festival, but rest assured, fans will still experience the top-notch Festival experience they have grown to love. Although this is a year of changes, we also want to go back to our roots and what better way to kick-off this new location than with icons of the South Texas music scene.”
